- 1 loaf Frozen bread dough thawed
- 1 cup Pepperoni sliced
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the thawed bread dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Layer the pepperoni and mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the long edges, and pinch the seam to seal.
Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
