Wonton Filling
- 200 g Ground pork
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Egg beaten
Soup
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 2 Green onions, chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and beaten egg. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
4. Gently add wontons to the boiling broth. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until wontons float to the top.
5. Add baby spinach and green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
