Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce cut into wedges
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Blue cheese crumbled
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
5. Place each lettuce wedge on a plate, drizzle with dressing, and top with bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
