Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce cut into wedges
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Blue cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
  2. 2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. 3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  5. 5. Place each lettuce wedge on a plate, drizzle with dressing, and top with bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
