Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- ½ cup Butter cold, cubed
- ¼ cup Cold Water
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and cold butter. Mix until crumbly.
Add cold water and mix to form a dough. Roll out and place in pie dish.
In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Add cheese, spinach, onion, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into the pie crust. Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
