Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
1. In a food processor, pulse the black beans until slightly mashed.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed beans, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
