Traditional Filipino Lumpia Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Green Beans, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers
- 2 cups Oil for frying
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onion, green beans, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a lumpia wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per batch.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
