Main Ingredients

  • 4 Bolillo rolls
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Sliced pickled jalapeños
  • 1 cup Queso fresco
  • 1 cup Sliced ham

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half and toast them lightly on a skillet.
  2. 2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. 3. Layer the shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, avocado, pickled jalapeños, queso fresco, and sliced ham on top of the beans.
  4. 4. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and press down gently.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
