  • 4 pieces Tomatoes sliced
  • 200 grams Mozzarella Cheese sliced
  • 1 bunch Basil Leaves fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
  2. 2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter, alternating between them.
  3. 3. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the slices.
  4. 4. Drizzle olive oil over the salad.
  5. 5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
