Tom Yum Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 stalks Lemongrass cut into 2-inch pieces and smashed
- 3 slices Galangal sliced thinly
- 4 leaves Kaffir lime leaves torn
- 200 grams Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Tom Yum paste
- 2 units Red chili sliced
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque.
4. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and Tom Yum paste. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
5. Add red chili and cilantro. Serve hot.
