  • 1 red onion sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 red chili sliced thinly

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and sesame oil. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
  2. 2. Add sliced cucumbers, red onion, chopped cilantro, and red chili to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  3. 3. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
