Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, water, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and chili flakes. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the saucepan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
