Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 ½ cups Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread evenly.
Cook until the edges start to dry and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
