Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 cups Diced Bell Peppers any color
  • 1 cup Diced Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 15 oz can
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz can
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, basil, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the cooked rice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
