Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Applesauce
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 2 large Eggs
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, mix applesauce, sugar, oil, and eggs until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
