Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Red Potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Dill Pickles chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 units Hard-Boiled Eggs chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, fresh dill, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes and chopped hard-boiled eggs to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
