Southern Dill Potato Salad
A classic Southern potato salad with a fresh dill twist.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Red Potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Dill Pickles chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 units Hard-Boiled Eggs chopped
1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, fresh dill, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the cooled potatoes and chopped hard-boiled eggs to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
