Main Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar, Gruyere, or your choice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Cooked Bacon or Ham Chopped
- ¼ cup Chopped Vegetables Optional, like spinach or bell peppers
1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 172°F (78°C).
2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Spray mason jars with non-stick spray. Divide the egg mixture evenly among the jars. Add bacon, ham, and vegetables if using.
4. Seal the jars finger-tight. Submerge in the sous vide bath and cook for 60 minutes.
5. Remove jars from the water bath. Let cool slightly before serving.
