Ingredients

  • 500 g Bread Flour
  • 350 g Water
  • 100 g Sourdough Starter Active
  • 10 g Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix flour and water in a bowl. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Add sourdough starter and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. 3. Let the dough rise for 24 hours at room temperature.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the dough in a Dutch oven.
  5. 5. Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on, then 15 minutes with the lid off.
  6. 6. Let the bread cool before slicing.
