Instructions
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add the fideos and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the chicken broth and tomato sauce. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add diced vegetables and cook until tender.
Serve hot.
