Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn, drained
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 2 cups Beef broth
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the cooked beef, diced onion, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and beef broth to the slow cooker.
3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
5. Serve hot, topped with your favorite taco toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
