Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup
A comforting and easy-to-make chicken noodle soup using a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 cups Chicken broth
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 Celery stalks sliced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Egg noodles
Place chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return chicken to the slow cooker.
Add egg noodles and cook on high for 20-30 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
