Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Sirloin Steak about 1 inch thick
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
4. In the last minute of cooking, add the butter and garlic to the skillet. Baste the steaks with the melted garlic butter.
5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
