Shrimp Scampi with Pasta

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz Pasta linguine or spaghetti
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ½ cup White wine
- ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Parsley, chopped fresh
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink.
4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for a few minutes.
5. Toss in the cooked pasta and parsley. Mix well and serve hot.
