  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the shrimp, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the burritos by placing shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa in each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
