Lemon Basil Mayo

Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
5. In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients for the lemon basil mayo.
6. Serve the salmon burgers on buns with a dollop of lemon basil mayo.
