  • 1 rack Lamb about 8 ribs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Season the lamb with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Rub this mixture all over the lamb.
  4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and roast for 25 minutes for medium-rare, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
