Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, and red onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Toss gently to combine.
Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh mint.
Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
