Instructions
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
5. Add the baby spinach and cook until wilted.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot with boiled eggs on top.
