Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mashed Potatoes cooled
- 1 cup Milk warm
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 packet Active Dry Yeast
- 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add mashed potatoes and salt to the mixture. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough, divide into 8 pieces, and shape into rolls. Place on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
