Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Diced Pork cooked
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Green Onion sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from wok and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining oil to the wok. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced pork, peas, and carrots to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Return the scrambled eggs to the wok and mix everything together. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
