Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pork chops

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are well coated.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
