Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 medium Onion quartered
  • 2 bay leaves Bay leaves

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine pork, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, and garlic.
  2. 2. Add orange juice, water, onion, and bay leaves.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for about 2 hours.
  4. 4. Increase heat to medium-high and cook until liquid evaporates and pork begins to brown, about 45 minutes.
  5. 5. Shred pork with two forks and serve.
