Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Water
- 1 medium Onion quartered
- 2 bay leaves Bay leaves
1. In a large pot, combine pork, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, and garlic.
2. Add orange juice, water, onion, and bay leaves.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for about 2 hours.
4. Increase heat to medium-high and cook until liquid evaporates and pork begins to brown, about 45 minutes.
5. Shred pork with two forks and serve.
