Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe
A classic Pittsburgh sandwich made with chipped ham and a tangy barbecue sauce.

- 1 lb chipped ham
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 buns hamburger buns
1. In a skillet, combine ketchup, vinegar, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
2. Add chipped ham to the skillet and mix until ham is well coated with the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ham is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
4. Serve the chipped ham barbecue on hamburger buns.
