Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
3. Push veggies to the side, add steak slices, and cook until browned.
4. Mix steak with veggies, season with salt and pepper.
5. Place provolone cheese over the mixture, let it melt.
6. Fill hoagie rolls with the steak and cheese mixture.
