Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 large red onion sliced
  • 2 tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 yellow chili pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup French fries cooked
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. 3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the onion, tomatoes, and chili pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce and vinegar. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Add the cooked French fries and toss everything together.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
