Peanut Butter Noodles

- 8 oz Noodles any type
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water. Mix until smooth.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
