Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Noodles any type
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional

Instructions 

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
