Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Ditalini Pasta
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add the cannellini beans and ditalini pasta. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
