Pasta Fazool Recipe
A hearty and comforting Italian pasta and bean soup.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Ditalini Pasta
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Add the cannellini beans and ditalini pasta. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
