Pan-Seared Tuna Steaks Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Tuna steaks about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
2. Rub both sides of the tuna steaks with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
4. Place the tuna steaks in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
5. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
