Oil for frying
Instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Dip onion rings into the flour mixture until well coated.
Whisk milk and egg together in a separate bowl.
Dip floured rings into the milk mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry the rings a few at a time for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
