Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cans Clams with juice
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and clam juice to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the clams, heavy cream, and milk. Heat through but do not boil.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot, garnished with the crispy bacon.
