Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
- 1 cup Salsa
- 2 cups Shredded cheese Mexican blend
- 1 package Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 bag Tortilla chips crushed
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, salsa, and half of the shredded cheese.
Spread a layer of crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
Pour the beef mixture over the chips and spread evenly.
Spread the sour cream over the beef mixture.
Top with the remaining crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
