Main Ingredients
- 10 pieces Lemons organic, unwaxed
- 1 liter Vodka high-proof
- 3 cups Sugar
- 4 cups Water
- Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith. 
- Place the peels in a large jar and pour the vodka over them. Seal the jar and let it sit for 7 days. 
- After 7 days, strain the vodka to remove the peels. 
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Let it cool. 
- Mix the simple syrup with the lemon-infused vodka. Pour into bottles and chill before serving.
