Korean Ground Beef Bowl Recipe

- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon ginger, minced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce over the cooked ground beef and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve the beef over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
