Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup kimchi chopped
  • 2 tablespoon kimchi juice
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped kimchi and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Push the kimchi to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  5. Add the cooked rice, kimchi juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
