Instructions
1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl.

5. Spread the egg mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
6. Top with the remaining slices of bread. Cut the sandwiches in half.
