- 12 whole Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 12 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
Stuff jalapeno halves with the cheese mixture.
Place stuffed jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
