Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

4. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
5. Stir in the diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
7. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
