Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 2 pcs Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Finally, add the pineapple chunks and chopped green onions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your Island Style Fried Rice!
