  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, for frying

Instructions

  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, flour, buttermilk, baking powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
  5. 5. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
