- 4 cups Potatoes, grated
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter, for frying
1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, flour, buttermilk, baking powder, and salt.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
5. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
