Indian Tandoori Chicken Recipe

Marinade
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs, bone-in
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Place marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
