- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
Slowly add olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
